Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original luxury packaging with all designer tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria.

 

Bespoke & Bridal Wear

Please note that all "Bespoke" orders, custom-tailored bridal ensembles, and personalized party wear are made specifically to your measurements. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive with a structural manufacturing defect.

 

7-Day Window

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your luxury parcel was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to inspect your garment immediately upon arrival.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our master quality team, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value luxury items, we strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
