Processing Timelines
At Insiya Zaidi, luxury takes time. Ready-to-wear collections are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Our Couture and Bridal ensembles, which involve intricate hand-embroidery, require 8-12 weeks for completion before dispatch.
Global Delivery
We provide worldwide shipping through our premium logistics partners, including DHL and FedEx. Once your garment has been quality-checked and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel's journey from our atelier to your doorstep.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
Due to the exclusive nature of our designs, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this window, materials are curated and production begins, making cancellation no longer possible.
