Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.
03.Artisanal Variations
Since our pieces are handcrafted by master artisans using traditional techniques, slight variations in embroidery, color, and fabric texture are a hallmark of our "Slow Fashion" process. These are not defects but unique characteristics of a handmade luxury garment.
04.Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. Payment must be cleared in full before the curation of any bespoke or ready-to-wear ensemble begins.
05.Limitation of Liability
Insiya Zaidi shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
